Terms for a creator-first streaming surface
These terms apply to the OpenVibe Live service and its adjacent public pages. The project is still evolving, but the baseline expectations below are simple: don’t abuse the service, don’t upload unlawful content, and don’t make life harder for other creators or operators.
Creator responsibility
Creators are responsible for the content they publish, relay, or embed. If you multistream or restream through other OpenVibe services, you remain responsible for compliance with those destinations as well.
Moderation and availability
The platform may remove content, suspend access, or restrict features when needed for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or infrastructure stability. Availability is not guaranteed while the platform is under active development.
Community and chat surfaces
OpenVibe Live may surface related chat, pastes, threads, and relay data from other OpenVibe services. Those integrations are intended to make creator activity more legible, not to override the rules of the underlying service.
Copyright and takedowns
If you believe content infringes your rights, use the DMCA reporting path on the companion policy page. OpenVibe will review notices in good faith and may remove or disable access while evaluating a claim.
