Copyright reporting for OpenVibe Live

If you believe material on OpenVibe Live infringes your copyright, send a notice with enough information for the project to identify and evaluate the claim. Notices can be sent to [email protected].

Include in your notice

Please include: your contact information, identification of the work claimed to be infringed, the exact URL or stream reference involved, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

What happens next

OpenVibe may remove, disable, or restrict access to the identified material while reviewing the claim. The project may also notify the affected uploader or creator and request additional information if needed.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice that includes the legally required information. Counter-notices should be sent to the same DMCA contact address.

Repeat infringement

OpenVibe may suspend or terminate accounts or service access for repeat infringement or repeated abuse of the reporting process.

Adjacent services

OpenVibe Live may surface community, chat, or restream-adjacent data from other OpenVibe services. Reports should identify the visible location and, if known, the originating service or route.
